Casual Dining, LLC (Casual Dining or the Company) will operate a restaurant specializing in “All American” food. The restaurant will serve all types of quality hamburgers and fries in a comfortable atmosphere with great service. The restaurant will be named Michael’s. The Company’s selection of food will be come renown for its quality and freshness. The hamburgers will be made from only the freshest and highest quality meat and the fires will be made fresh daily. The restaurant will offer a wide variety of hamburger choices and will even include vegetarian and low fat options.

The Company will be located in the XYC Shopping Plaza on AnyStreet in City. This is an ideal location for several reasons:
